YOU KNOW TO HANDLE SITUATION? GIVE QUOTE?
Handling situation is an art. For me, it’s
been there from my birth. When I was a toddler, I used to help my Mom in daily
chores in my way. This has been explained by my grandma, when I was starting my
school career.
When I was in the mid-school, I used to
help my class teacher to arrange the class, collect the home-work books, help
in delivering exam-sheets after correction, etc.
But in high school the responsibility
keeps on increasing. My Headmistress started to give loads of responsibilities
like arranging the prayer session, helping in sports activities, arranging
festivities, even we used to arrange party session to teacher’s too. "INTERVIEW QUESTIONS"
When I joined college, all the things
changed as we started to manage the whole group. By managing means arrange
teachers for sessions, get all the practical works done by students, helping
poor students in studies, extra-curricular activities arranged and attended by
all of us, creativity and more.
When I joined Master of Business
Administration, we created an exhibition of famous personalities, then fresher
party was arranged by a group of six including me, arranged and practiced our
team plus reached semi-final of college championship, started basketball in our
college, for college girls we started Shuttle-badminton, etc. We too helped the juniors to adjust themselves
to studies, helped them in research and making notes too. Do you think we’re a
team leader and a motivator of our team also?
