qualification is ………., …………. & ………… My profile experience in this "INTERVIEW" is that
a) I worked
for Reliance Industries in the year 1994 – 1996 as Manager of retail outlet. I was
handling the purchase and sales of the outlet. When I joined the monthly sales
was Rs. 1 crore and lot of lags were there. I rectified all this and the
turnover has reached Rs. 2.2 crore.

b) Then
I got a good position in Big Bazaar in Mumbai and I shifted as outlet Manager
of Central India. Why I joined the company is that I want to take more
responsibilities. Here when I joined all outlets were going well. But if you
take individual outlets, the growth were not up to the mark. So I started
reforming every single outlet. The total sales were Rs. 5.5 crore, but my
target was covering Rs. 10 crore. Within six months, I achieved the target and now
the sales are more than Rs. 15 crore. ["INTERVIEW"]
